Pavilion Prices:

Basic Booth (Minimum 6 sqm) @ SEK 6,000 per sqm

Workstation (3 sqm) @ SEK 21,000 each

Meeting Counter @ SEK 9,500 each

Meeting Table @ SEK 7,500 each

There is a 10% premium per requested corner
  +  Mandatory Promotion Package charge SEK 1,000

Co-Exhibitor fee is SEK 2,000 each, invoiced after Co-Exhibitor Registration is received.

Payments:

B-FOR International will confirm receipt of all applications.
A 50% deposit is required to secure exhibit  space.

Cancellation or reduction of booth space:  
Cancellation of participation will result in cancellation fees based on the Discover America Pavilion Terms and Conditions of Participation.
