Exhibitor Badge vouchers are anticipated to be shipped to the “main” stand holder in February.  It is the responsibility of each main stand holder to distribute their allotted vouchers to all their Co-Exhibitors. Exhibitors are entitled to a set number of Exhibitor Badge vouchers determined by the following formula:

• Basic Booths: Two (2) Exhibitor Badge vouchers for the 1st initial 6sqm and two (2) additional vouchers for each additional 6sqm.
• Standard/Premium Booth:  Three (3) Exhibitor Badge vouchers for the 1st initial 6sqm and two (2) additional vouchers for each additional 6sqm.
• Work Station: One (1) Exhibitor Badge voucher.
• Space Only: Six Exhibitor Badge vouchers for the 1st initial 24sqm and one (1) additional voucher for each additional 6sqm.
• Each Co-Exhibiting Organization is allotted one (1) additional Exhibitor Badge voucher.
