Space Only (Minimum 12 sqm) @ 231€ per sqm

Basic Booth (Minimum 4 sqm) @ 685€ per sqm
Standard Booth (Minimum 6 sqm) @ 810€ per sqm
Premium Booth (Minimum 6 sqm) @ 940€ per sqm

Workstation (3 sqm) @ 2,350€ each

Meeting Table @ 1,050€ each
Meeting Counter @ 1,995€ each

There is a 10% premium per requested corner
+ Mandatory Promotion Package charge of 175€ for each Main Exhibitor and Co-Exhibitor

Co-Exhibitor fee is 250 € each, invoiced after Co-Exhibitor Registration is received.

Payments:

B-FOR International will confirm receipt of all applications.
A 50% deposit is required to secure exhibit  space.

Cancellation or reduction of booth space:  
Cancellation of participation will result in cancellation fees based on the Discover America Pavilion Terms and Conditions of Participation.
