Badges will be available for pickup on site from an individual who will be displaying a Discover America Sign at the East Gate beside Pavilion # 2 (fairground map) on February 18th  (between 11:00am & 5:00pm and February 19th (between 8:00am and 12:00 noon)

It is the responsibility of the Main Exhibitor to ensure that allotted badges are forwarded to all co-exhibitors.

Exhibitors are entitled to a set number of Exhibitor Badges determined by the following formula:

• TurnKey Booths: Two exhibitor badges for the initial 6sqm and one additional badge for each additional 6sqm.
• SpaceOnly: Two exhibitor badges for the initial 12sqm and one additional badge for each additional 6sqm.
• Each registered Co-Exhibiting Organization is allotted one additional badge.
