Official ABAV 2010 Catalogue Listing Form:
LISTING IN THE OFFICIAL ABAV 2010 CATALOGUE – DUE September 8, 2010!
Failure to complete your Catalogue Listing Form will result in your company not being listed in the Official Catalogue.
Each Discover America Pavilion Main Exhibitor and Co-Exhibitor will receive one (1) minimum entry in the Official ABAV 2010 Catalogue free of charge. To be listed, it is mandatory that you complete the ABAV 2010 Registration Form for each entry.
Return the completed forms to jbieneck@exhibitpro.com or fax +1 (540) 372–1414 before September 8, 2010. In order for your Co-Exhibitors to be listed in the Official Catalogue and to gain access to the Discover America Pavilion services, it is mandatory that you complete this Official Catalogue form.
Main Exhibitors will be invoiced for the applicable Co-Exhibitor fees.
Exhibitor Badges:
Discover America Pavilion Exhibitors are entitled to a set number of Exhibitor Badges determined by the following formulas:
- Turnkey Booth: Two (2) Exhibitor Badges for the first 6 sqm and one (1) additional Badge for each additional 3 sqm
- Space Only: Four (4) Exhibitor Badges for the first 12 sqm and one (1) additional badge for each additional 6 sqm
- Co-Exhibitor: One (1) additional Exhibitor Badge
- Work Station: One (1) Exhibitor Badge

Additional Exhibitor Badges are USD $24 and can be ordered HERE. Main Exhibitors are responsible for distributing Badges to their and their Co-Exhibitors’ staff. All badges will be available for pick-up on-site. Specific information will be sent via an Exhibitor Update when available.
